Have we adopted the rule changes for Street Touring? I noticed that the
Jan. addition of Sports Car had listed a couple of changes:
- Rim size was increased to 7.5" wide.
- Battery re-location allowed.
- Any flexible brake lines.
Are we going to follow the Nationals rules for this class to be consistent
or stick with the current rules defined for SFR?

Hmm.. I almost listed the Class as STR when I ran - I thought the
designation was ST-R if you are running as a rookie (I guess this could get
confusing, especially with -R for rookie, -ST for Street Tire..etc.)
