inelegible novice

I was doing something at the trailer Sunday when an entrant in one of the
novice classes asked me about a fellow competitor who had run 10 or more
events the previous year. I was not able to locate him later to suggest that
a regular protest be filed. I cannot remember the name, hence the public
post.
