Round 4 Setup

This is the first request for setup workers for Round 4 at Oakland. We will
need the normal crew for course layout, and someone to set up the grid. Grid
and motorhome, start/ finish location will be as per round 3.

We are going to be especially in need of qualified help for the
timing/scoring and P/A setup while we are busy laying out the course.
Remember the Divisional in San Diego will siphon off some regulars. Thanks
