The BMW 328i/is is listed in DS, and is legal for STS, with appropriate 
options.  In fact I think it is a great car for STS.   But the one in 
question has too many mods for STS (LSD + others).

Too bad an autocrosser didn't buy mine to try in STS.  The car was 
semi-competitve even with just Stock-legal changes.
