Is there some legal way that we could make a sign to the effect of "Entry
onto this site shall only be granted upon signing of the waiver. Any
persons entering this site without having signed the waiver will be
considered trespassers"? This way if someone gets into the site w/o signing
the waiver and gets hurt we could claim he/she was trespassing. I believe
that no matter how diligent we are about the waivers we can only catch 99%
at best. Just a thought.
