For one it depends on what class you run. Secondly it
depends on how you use it. There is nothing in the rules as far as I know
about using dry or regular ice to cool the engine intake between runs in any
class. If this wasn't done I don't think there would be a turbo'd Mazda RX-7
that wouldn't have blown up on 100 degree days. The real question is can you
use a gasoline cool can to cool the fuel. In non stock classes the answer is
yes if it doesn't exceed 1 gallon. It can't be used for any other purpose
because the rules say if it isn't listed as allowable you can't do it.
