If you can afford it, get as much driving as you can. The Evolution school
is top notch.
Then practice, practice, practice.
You'll find excellent drivers in virtually every neighborhood. Some time
after Nationals it is SF Region's plan to host a school with Victor Sias as
chief instructor.
Our references to him as Victor Racer has no relationship to the race tire
with a similar name. <G>
