Helmet certification

Following up on input from a participant at the round 3 event, I have 
found that the Snell certification for 2005 is planned for release on 
Oct 1, 2005.

Therefore and after discussing it with Ed,  we will allow 1990 approved 
helmets until the release date for the new certification.
I realize that this is contrary to our previous actions and I apologize 
to the people it has inconvenienced.
