SCCA Youth Stewards

New information came out at the National Convention about a new license for
youth stewards.  It would be nice to get as many as possible in the San
Francisco Region.  The only thing you have to do is fill out the application
at: http://scca.org/_FileLibrary/File/soloyouthstewardapp.pdf  and send it
in.  Pete, you need to have this for the Tour.
