ac volume

i have a 75 brick with the auxillary blower, but the air volume still is not 
that great. is this normal? i converted it to r134 which should make much 
difference. if it has the aux. blower does that mean it has had the evap. 
relocation also? can the evap. coils be clogged? is the evaporator had to 
get to to blow out the coils? tia. -jay#2112
