Actually, it has been mentioned and performed in the past. And then some.
Some warn that this may weaken the panel, while others simply don't care to
change the appearance or cut into dear panels. And while the B shows an
idiosyncratic rise in temp in a narrow cruising band to which cutting out
louvers should help alleviate, at stop and go it would be hard to imagine
any such improvement.

The only thing certain about Bricklins is that they came so screwed up from
the factory that with the exception of garage queens, they quickly become
each owner's personal vision.

The thing about the twin elec fans is that it offers the most effective
solution with no permanent alteration and hardly a trace of any modification
even under inspection since the fans are relatively hidden and any wiring
can be routed in the OEM harness.

Tanner has constructed a new design front air dam which reportedly helps
temps at speed above 5mph, 74s gaining more than later models. Meanwhile,
Bob hammers out "Hoffman Editions" which truly resemble the original cars
and all their foibles.

With Bs there is no black or white, just different shades of gray. Or is it
green?
