Usually all it takes is a couple of sharp blows with a hammer or a
screwdriver to pry it up. if it is really stuck you can LIGHTLY wedge a
screwdriver / chisel under the front of the manifold  and it will pop off if
you didn't miss any bolts.
Nothing you can spray on it will help. and they are usually stuck some what
but so bad so as a hammer or screwdriver won't break it loose.
 Just to make sure, you have removed all 12 bolts from the intake right? the
2 in the middle on the passenger side look like they just hold on the choke
plate but they go through to the head.
