Good technique suggested by Early, Stephen, my spin is just a little
different, I use a meter.  When using a bulb, some 12V bulbs require
more current than a small leak is able to provide, a meter catches
anything.  The other difference, I pull one fuse at a time, keeps
everything in order.  Good write-up Stephen.
