I don't know about AH3000, but Jaguar used 3 carb's in the E-Type from 1961
through 1967 inclusive. There were 2 different manifolds for the 3 carb
setups; the 3.8 liter engines got manifold without coolant running through
it, the 4.2 liter cars had a manifold with coolant running through it (as do
many cars).

Does anyone know what running the coolant through the manifold is supposed
to achieve? Is it suppossed to cool the incoming air fuel mixture (if it
is, the idea doesn't work too well)? Is it suppossed to warm it in winter?
I've always been curious.

my using your MGB in designing this B-GT. aside from the roof, I shortened
it and changed from knockoffs to Octagonal hub nuts.
