My TR6 needed the weather strip that is glued to the sides of the
windscreen. This strip provides the seal between the windscreen and
side glass. I ordered a new piece($13-ouch) from a supply house and
installed it. Unfortunately, the strip is cracked with only 9 months
of use!
Does anybody have a GOOD, cheaper replacement? I've thought about
going to a body shop, with sample in hand, and finding something
close. At this point I'm not real picky about what I use. I'm
not about to take another $13 chance for the original piece.
Spring is around the corner!!!!
