This may sound pretty high school'ish but I have forgotten how to
use a dadgum Vernier Calliper (Pierre Vernier's maddening tool).
The one I recently bought is the basic kind i.e. no fancy windows
dials etc. How does one determine, least count, error, and readings
in 1/1000 inch accuracy. Please enlighten.
