Previous owner mods

The heater fan switch went bad on my MGB.  A previous owner decided the best
fix was to splice a wire at the fan in the engine compartment, make a hole
in a grommet in the firewall to feed the wire through, drill a hole in
the back of the glove box to put a 1/4" push button switch that sticks on
the back wall of the glove box.

There are also two 3" x 4" holes cut in the interior side walls of the
footwells that I still haven't figured out what they are for.
