stupid owner..

          tricks, not mods.  

          I'm pretty lucky in "previous owner mods" area, being only
          the second owner of a 1970 TR6.  

          In retrospect the dumbest thing I've ever done was to drive
          the 50 miles with no brakes in rush hour traffic, to pick up
          a new master cylinder on the other side of town, when mine
          went out.  
          Nerve racking, but I made it and installed the new master in
          the parking lot before I went home.
