Midget for sale

I was told about this car by the owner who came up to me in a
gas station in Felton 'cause he saw me driving my MGB race car
and so he figured that I liked MGs and he'd like to sell his
MG to someone who appreciates MGs (more or less paraphrasing
what he said).  I don't know squat about this car other than
what he scribbled on a matchbook cover and handed to me:
