I recently rebuilt my Midget engine (not an A series, but the Triumph type). Did I screw up by (1) using the old rod and main bolts and (2) by using no spring washers or flat washers under these bolts just a thread lock. Also anybody know of a higher output altenater for the above Midget. Do Datsun make one ? Cheers DW PS Thanks for all the replys to my test!! |
