What causes running on after you remove the ignition key?? I thought it is either (1) falty ignition switch, (2) high compression. The car runs perfectly smooth with plenty of power but it runs on alot after I shut it off. Its a 73 BGT. BTW I'm mega impressed with this car, it handles even better than an old Fiat Spyder I used to have, and mean lots better; and it performs better than the Fiat which ran very well and was a 1600 twin cam with a downdraft weber.
