About those computers, now that having silicon cast has gotten so cheap and easy, it seems like it would be a good idea for a group to get together and have a new one made. Reverse engineer the Lucas part (Quick while there is still a working one) and use a microcontroller and some software to do the same thing, or something better. I used to work with someone who reverse engineered the Bosch system and made performance ROMs and matched cams for BMWs. |
