He is selling off a lot of parts he has collected over the years. I know he
or his son is working on a Long door 2. They may have spare parts for yours.
How may long doors were made before yours? I have some detail pictures
of an original 2 that was one of the first 100 made. I understand that
there were some changes made before they finished with the long doors.
I know where there is a rusty long door rusting away under a tarp. If
you have specific questions, i could go over & take a peek for you.
This same person has a copule of TR3s & a mayflower sitting out, along with
piles of body parts. He either will not sell them, or is asking XKE
level prices. I feel sad every time I see them :*(
