Jaguar E-types

I will be beginning the re-assembly phase of the second of my three
English car projects, which is a '67 Jaguar XKE roadster. I have done
a fair amount of documentation, but as always, I'll forget how things
go back together, etc. Has anyone restored one, so in case I run into
trouble I can ask some questions?
