  **** I agree completely!  I have spent quite a bit of time perusing the
mechanical internals and principles of this unit's operation, and I am in awe.

   Unfortunately, the O/D that I picked up at last years flea market is total
garbage;  apparently it was stored outside for many years, with water puddling
inside.  Two or three teeth on one of the planet gears have rusted to the point
where I would not trust them to carry torque :-(.
