I add:
Before anyone else asks, as far as I know the plunger goes on top of
the spring and points up. The haynes manual and the TRF spitfire 1500
book have it this way. There are no "real" pictures in the Haynes book,
just a diagram. Anyone with a Bentley 1500 midget manual see anything
different ?
