One last trivia question, what does the M on the bonnet
latches mean?
Mike G.
I seem to remember reading somewhere that the M stands for MICHELOTTI
(sp?) the designers name. He had a hand in designing the coachwork on
all the Herald based Triumphs - Spitfire, GT6, and Herald. All these
cars use the same bonnet latches, maybe he had a patent on them!
Has anyone else heard this? I always wondered.
Paul.
