| Subject: | Freewheeling TR6 motor? |

I've heard the expression 'freewheeling' applied to motors that can suffer a timing-belt/chain loss without massive destruction of the valves, pistons, conrods, heads, blah blah. What happens when a TR6 motor breaks its timing chain? I worry about mine being in original 22-year-old condition. --ian |
