The procedure I use when stealing Britcar mail for my club's
newsletter is to write the author of the article and ask permission.
As token payment, I offer to send a copy of the newsletter in which
their article appears. (I got this procedure from Phil E., who used
it on me once.) So far everyone has been very gracious in allowing
the use of their articles. Many thanks, you know who you are!
