Reminiscing about other's posts: I really am a SOLer now;
I have TWO boxes of TR6 parts from TRF waiting in my garage to be
installed on Tilley.
After ordering standard front/rear suspension bushings, I have
decided to return them to TRF and get the "heavy duty"
plastic/nylon bushings. Alas, TRF says the upgraded bushings
are not yet available (though they ARE listed in their catalogue).
So, where DO you get good quality, upgraded/heavy duty
suspension bushings for a TR6?
Since I speak of parts... It was strangely fun to be sitting
on my bed (alone) last night, with a box of new TR6 parts
strewn around me. Looking at them, and looking forward to
this winter when I will have Tilley up on blocks with all
her suspension dissembled.
I am also looking forward to showing Tilley in the San Diego-
British Car Daze-show in October, before putting her down, err
up?, for the winter suspension rebuild.
