A while ago Martin Frankford was asking about British car shows
in my area. You know, in spite of the fact that I think he's
crazy and should look at a map before he thinks he can travel to
Edmonton, Alberta from Athens, AL on a long weekend, it did get
me to thinking (not a small feat considering the temperature has
frozen my gray matter until April). Is someone on the list
keeping track of LBC shows? It would be handy to have a list
published once a month so that we can plan our holidays for them
(and why not? The %$^%(*) things run the rest of our lives!)
If anyone is compiling a list, here's one for it:

Expect about 500 Mini's this year as it's the 35th Birthday of
the little LBC (not redundant)
The Alberta All British Field Meet met last summer and won't
meet again until 1995. We did have a mini-Mini meet in September
and will probably have one again this year.
P.S. No I'm not nominating myself for the position of list
keeping-track-of-LBC-events coordinator, but I am open to bribes....(good
scotch, red heads....)
