I think it sort of looks
vaguely more *vintage* to have the d**n things on the fenders but
ofcourse rear visibility is reduced. Can I go now?
The trick to using wing-mounted mirrors is to get the ones with convex
glass. You'll actually be able to see more than a flat glass door
mirror, especially on the passenger side.
The downside is that they're not as easy to adjust, and you'll need
mirror pockets in your cover.
