Hi, Mike.
I don't have any extras to sell, but my descriptions may help your friend.
Maybe some UK member has some of these in the old toolbox his grandfather left
him.

1. - Spanner, Open End 7/16 x 1/2 (B.S.F.)?
First off, this should be A/F, or SAE, not BSF.
-Jaguar part no. C.2587
-Extreme tip to tip measures about 4-1/2"
-Ends are angled about 15 degrees
-One side says "BRITISH MADE" with a logo "T/W" in a circle
-Other side says "SUPERSLIM"
-Both sides say "1/2 AF" and "7/16 AF"
-All markings in raised characters, but the central area is indented.

2. - Spanner, Open End 5/16 x 3/8 B.S.F.
-Jaguar part no. C.999
-Extreme tip to tip measures about 5-1/4"
-Ends are angled about 30 degrees
-One side has a "snail" logo, with "1/4 W 5/16 F" at one end and "5/16 W 3/8
F" at the other end
-Other side says "MADE IN ENGLAND"
-All markings in raised characters, and the central area is not indented.

3. - Spanner, Box 5/16 x 3/8 B.S.F.
I'm missing this one, too, but I can make a guess based on the next smaller and
larger sizes, which I have.
-Jaguar part no. C.32 (that part number must go back to the Swallow sidecar
days!)
-probably made from 3/4" O.D. x 1/16" wall steel tube, 5" to 6" long
-flared on the ends in a hex shape to fit the intended bolt heads and nuts
-two sets of through holes near the flared ends, 5/16" or 7/16" diameter, to
take the "tommy bar"
-stamped with 1/8" high characters "5/16 x 3/8 B.S.F."
-no other markings
