My car had at least 2: 
1. Smog pump removed and air manifold left on car with end open (fumes could 
come out?)
2. Light switch had low beam wired to high beam  (high beam always on) because
   dirty contact in switch prevented low beam from working.

Oh, and the plasic gears that operate the odometer were missing (mileage reading
had not changed for at least 10 years).
