Cam degreeing

I don't generally hear of people degreeing a cam with a file and shims.
If you don't want to invest in a variable sprocket pick up a few offset keys 
from your friendly speed shop. They will allow you to set the crank sprocket 
ahead or behind by some give numbet of degrees. They are very cheap. 

Ajustable sprockets ar great, I use them but don't plan on resetting your cam
timing each time to go to an event. It takes hours.
