1980 Rover SD-1

Does anyone out there have any opinions on the Rover SD-1?  There is one 
available locally for $1500 that has a certain due to its V8 and rarity
on this side of the Atlantic.  However, I doubt that it will ever be worth
a great deal, so if it is going to bring a great deal of aggrivation to my
life I'll pass it by.  (I already have 3 lbcs so I already have sufficient
aggrivation.)  Any advice would be appreciated.
