Wire wheel articles uploaded.

I scanned in two articles about wire wheel truing and have uploaded 
them to Triumph.cs.utah.edu.  They are named truwire1.txt and 
truwire2.txt.  Special thanks to taterry who sent them to me via 
snail mail.

If you don't have ftp access, just send me mail with the subject 
heading "SEND ME THE WHEEL ARTICLES."  I get hundreds of messages per 
day and this will assure that your request doesn't go into the "bit
