I also would like to put in all new rubber seals/rings.
If you must have it from the US, try The Roadster Factory. (You don't
say what kind of Laycock overdrive it is.) Used, you might try Triumphs
Only or Very British.
But if you really want the part, try O/D Spares. If they don't have it,
it doesn't exist.
