When stationed in England with the Air Force in the early '60s, one of the blokes in my shop owned a Singer roadster. It, as I recall, was not unlike an MG T series. Don't remember a lot about it, but I was impressed with the car. Up until that time, I too thought that Singers came only in saloon models. I owned a Standard 10 saloon at the time. It was not unlike a Ford Model A, (which I also owned one of). Does anyone remember that particular car? Dennis Nelson <mgta@aol.com> |
