Even simpler is to use the S-10 shifter on the stock Camero T-5 & insert
a wedge between the tranny & the rear trans crossmember. D & D made one
for me from 2 pieces of angle. I used the 1-stud GM rubber mount & the
stock B crossmember with the ears cut off in the stock location. The
engine is mounted with A/C mounts & the shifter is cut off & bent to
come out in the original location.
