Hi folks, I'm trying to sell any of the following:
- R16 engine and tranny. This was running when I pulled it out of my car for
the engine swap. It includes EVERYTHING...intake manifold, exhaust header,
both carbs, alternator, etc. I'll also throw in the engine wiring harness,
voltage regulator, coil, electric fuel pump, adjustable pressure
regulator...basically almost everything you'd need to drop this puppy in and
run. (I'm no longer going to include the battery in this "package" as I'm
keeping it to build a welder :) I have an idea on what I'd like for this, but
if you're in need of a running drivetrain, give me an email.
- 1600 radiator. Still on the brace/cross bar that affixes it to the body. I
can let this go with the engine above, or sell it separately. It seems to be
clean enough, as it was cooling my engine with no problems at all. Make
offer...
- Early-model side trim. I've got all 6 pieces and all fasteners save for 2
or 3 of them that succumbed to the evils of rust. Condition is very very
good. Nary a scratch or ding on any of the pieces. These are the beveled,
square-shouldered trim and might or might not fit on the later cars. I
*would* like to get as much as I can for these, as they are pretty nice.
- '66/67 fenders and hood. I have a set of fenders that I bought from a
fellow list member that I probably won't be using. Reason is that it does
seem like all roadsters are different in the most subtle ways, and although
the fenders fit, there are little intricacies that I'd rather not have to
deal with. So I'm just going to have my originals reworked...but will be
using the hood I got with the fenders. So the hood included in this deal is
my old hood that has been munched up in the front. It was previously repaired
with a nice thick layer of cracking bondo. All body shops that have seen it
say it can be repaired pretty easily...I'd rather not try for my frame-off.
