First, let me apologize for not keeping everyone better informed as to
progress on the video. Regardless of what's been going on, I should have
at least done that. I am very sorry. Having said that, my goal is to get
it completed this week and a copy overnighted to Dennis and Peggy for the
party this weekend. Individual copies already ordered will be mailed next
week.
That is, if my computer doesn't eat the digitized clips again. For some
reason my computer has decided it won't read or write to hard drives
attached to it via either SCSI card that I have, so I suspect I have a
motherboard problem. I've finally managed to jury rig a way to get to the
60 gig of storage that it's taking to do the editing and things have been
going well and been stable over the last week. Unfortunately, it's not
practical to take the raw footage somewhere else and edit it.
If anyone wants a refund at this point we'd be happy to do that. If I'm
unable to make this work with the current effort, we'll refund all orders
within a couple of weeks. I appreciate everyone's patience. Please send
