Stock Lug wrench

I was stripping, priming, and painting my jack and 
jack handle industral yellow, to approximate what I
think it was stock, and it occured to me that I dont
have a lug wrench for this car.  So,  what did the
stock lug wrench look like?    And where was it stored?
I have the tire, and jack and jack base and handle
figured out how all that fits, but I dont
see any extra clamps for a lug wrench...
hmmm......
Thanks for any help with this rather mundane 
question.
