Daniel,
When I talked to the people at Crower, he told me that they would weld up and 
then
re-grind, if I understood what he was telling me.  He could also change the cam
profile and make it a little hotter than stock if I wanted.
Don't make the mistake and go as big as you can get with the reground cam.  
Larger
cam profiles can make it difficult to drive on the street.
