Another note about this worm.

It places a copy of creative.exe in the startup folder of Windows so each
time you start your PC it sends the virus out to everyone in your address
book again. It also can create copies of itself named creative1.exe,
creative2.exe etc.

If you have Win95/Win98 (I don't know about Win2000) do a file find through
all your drives looking for creative?.exe. If you are on a network check the
network drives too. It searches for mapped drives as well.
