I made new panels made of waterproof cardboard and covered them in vinyl and
glued insulation to the back. They look real nice and give a finished
appearance to the underside of the dash. Took me awhile to do but worth it
IMHO. I used a punch kit I bought from Harbor Freight to make the holes.
