Hi Hoon,
I wouldn't powder coat it.  I would Jet Hot it.  This is a special
ceramic coating designed for this particular application.  We are lucky
they have a branch office 5 minutes from my house in Tempe.  Most of
their business is by mail.  The Jet Hot coating has a silver appearance
and is very durable.  It also keeps the exhaust heat flowing through the
header and decreases radiation of heat into the engine compartment (so I
am told).  I am considering having my solex intake manifold also coated
by Jet Hot.  Haven't made up my mind yet.  Any one with experience in
this application???  Oh, they arn't cheap.  Cost $165.00 to coat my
header.
