I found that my timing was advanced about 10 degrees (at 25 BTDC or so). I adjusted it and it runs much better now - no pinging when accelerating from a stand-still. My question is, why does the car smoke when pinging? ===== Adam '70 1600 SPL311-28181 http://www.picturetrail.com/abend Make a great connection at Yahoo!
