NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT try to use it as a cruise control! Cruise controls
release the throttle when the brake or clutch is depressed. Having the throttle
locked in is a good way to A) cause an accident or B) blow your engine when the
clutch is disengaged. During a panic braking situation you will have neither
time nor presence of mind to release the throttle lock.
