Another intersting sjde note: Scuba tank refillers will NOT refill a scuba
tank if it has been repainted by anyone other than the manufacturer.  Some
paint processes actually weaken the steel (especially heat cures) to a
critical degree and thus repainted tanks have a much higher failure rate
during refilling--hence the water filled bunkers.  Energy is
energy--whether it's nuclear or just compressed air.  When released rapidly
it can be deadly and destructive.
